Community Service and Outreach

FIRST Team 2130 Alpha+ enjoys giving back to our community through year-round volunteer projects and we're always excited to help out and show off our amazing team. We do presentations at the local farmers market and the county fair. We also enjoy volunteering for the GROW Community Dinner, our local animal shelter's Halloween Haunted House, donating STEM holiday toys for less fortunate children in the community, doing the Penguin Plunge for Special Olympics, roadside cleanup, and our own Bots n' Boxes food drive. We  also host an annual Summer Robotics Camp.
