For the third consecutive year, we’ve assisted with the Bonners Ferry FIRST Lego League Qualifying Tournament. This year we had three teams from Hayden, ID and three from our hometown of Bonners Ferry, ID, but for what we lacked in the diversity of roots we made up for in general spirit. This year our team took every measure to make sure the event went both smoothly and was entertaining for not just the students, but for the parents.

Despite most of the students from our Bonners Ferry teams having never been a part of a competition, their coach, Jacob Garrison was impressed with how they performed and despite this being his fourth year he says, he’s always happy to watch the students get better at solving the problems they’re presented and building their ambition.
